Supplies To Make This No-Mess Preschool Butterfly Craft

Here’s what you need to make this No-Mess Painted Butterfly Craft:

• finger paints
• plastic sandwich bags
• pipe cleaners

How To Make This Fun and Easy No Mess Preschool Butterfly Craft

Step 1

Open the plastic sandwich bags and pour a small amount of paint inside.

Step 2

Close the bag firmly, pressing  out the extra air.

Step 3

Invite your child to squish and spread the paint inside the bag.

Note:

Be sure to cover the entire internal surface of the bag.

Step 4

Last, wrap a pipe cleaner around the middle of the bag, creating the butterfly’s body and antennae. This is how you will make colorful butterfly wings with this easy butterfly craft. Tying the pipe cleaner around the bag is what gives it the butterfly shape.

The finished butterflies  look beautiful  hanging  on the refrigerator or on the window as a suncatchers.
