When Toddlers start to walk, they have a tendency to loose a little weight. This weight is centered around their face, and tummy while looking more muscular on the arms and legs.
This weight loss and adjustments are nothing to worry about as long as there is no fever, or discomfort to the child.
When Fever occurs, you also have to look out for signs of teething as this can be a source of fever and discomfort.
As long as the fever doesn’t get higher than 101° Fahrenheit. When Toddlers also start to walk, its actually great time to check for small items that can be ingested so as to prevent choking or poison.
The weight gain will pick up as time goes on but it will not be significantly high like it use to be. You may also notice your toddler getting taller.
