Portable Quiet Books For Kids
A quiet book is just that. A book that kids can play with in a quiet manner. These quiet books not only promote quiet time and quiet play, but also independence play. They’re also educational! We made one using printable sheets that has pictures on them that kids can replicate using different shapes cut out of felt. The best part is, each felt piece is a different color.
Meaning kids can explore shapes and colors while having a great time with this quiet book. Not to mention, this is great fine motor skills practice as well. Plus, you can use it everywhere. At home while you work, at Grandma’s house, while you’re in a waiting room, church, or even in your curriculum.
