How to Make S’mores In The Oven
S’mores = THE classic summer dessert. Once you learn how to make s’mores in the oven, you can enjoy this sweet treat year-round! Gooey marshmallow and melted chocolate, sandwiched between crispy graham crackers. It’s easy to see why s’mores are a family favorite.
It’s also pretty much the easiest dessert you can make that goes along with any type of summer activity you are enjoying, from camping to picnics, or bonfires. Sometimes you just crave s’mores but don’t have time to build a campfire, or it’s rainy and dreary outside. It’s so simple to make s’mores indoors, and you don’t need any fancy equipment, either!
This classic treat doesn’t require an open flame! So grab your box of graham crackers, square of chocolate or bars of chocolate, and marshmallows and make these traditional smores recipe sans flames!

- 4 graham crackers
- 4 marshmallows
- 2 chocolate bars
Instructions – How To Make S’mores In The Oven
STEP 1
Heat oven to broil.
STEP 2
Line a cookie with parchment paper or silicone mat.
STEP 3
Break graham cracker in half and place on cookie sheet.
STEP 4
Add marshmallow and a piece of chocolate.
STEP 5
Broil for 1-2 minutes. Watch VERY closely.
STEP 6
Remove from oven and add another piece of graham cracker.
STEP 7
Eat immediately.
