- In the Jewish faith, holidays like Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, and Passover hold greater significance than Hanukkah. Hanukkah is considered a smaller celebration in comparison.
- During this holiday, Jewish tradition encourages children to learn the Torah by gifting them gelt, which are chocolate coins wrapped in gold foil. Gelt can also be won while playing the game of dreidel!
