What Does Harry Potter Pumpkin Juice Taste Like?
You can’t read the Harry Potter books, without wanting to try a taste of Harry Potter’s pumpkin juice! I had my first taste of it when I visited The Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Orlando Studios. It is so much more than just the flavor of the pumpkin juice because it is the perfect treat for the fall season or Halloween parties!
“We liked to say that Pumpkin Juice tastes like Christmas. The flavor is like apple juice with cinnamon, nutmeg, and a whole lot of sugar. Naturally, this drink is very sweet and we only recommend it for those with a strong sweet-tooth – like kids!”

Creating this Healthy Version of Pumpkin Juice
There’s more to pumpkin juice than just breaking into a haunted pumpkin patch, fending off the zombies, and juicing a pumpkin.
I took the time to really try to figure out this popular drink on Dragon Alley. This Harry Potter World copycat recipe has magical flavor that bewitched my tastebuds. I would challenge Harry Potter to a taste off because once I created this specialty drink, taste test results were overwhelmingly positive! This Harry Potter Pumpkin Juice recipe is the best I’ve ever had!
Our version simmers pumpkin spice in the form of whole spices, fresh ginger and vanilla bean with apple juice (instead of apple juice concentrate) to infuse all those delicious fall flavors into it. Then it’s blended with soaked dried apricots (instead of apricot nectar or apricot juice), real pumpkin purée, and a little nutmeg.
The apricots and apple juice sweeten it so there are no added refined sugars or brown sugar.
This vegan drink is perfect all year round, for my die-hard Potterheads!
