Quick & Easy Doughnut Craft

Inspired by our monthly decorate your own donuts Sunday breakfast bar, this Decorate Your Own Donuts Craft may not be as yummy, but it is just as fun. This is also a great letter d activity to help your little one associate knew words this the letter they are learning.

Let the children decorate their donuts as they wish! Similar to a donut or sundae bar, just be sure they don’t eat these ones. Have fun!

Supplies Needed

Directions for Donut Craft

Step 1

Find a large object like a plastic drinking cup.

Step 2

Trace circles onto brown construction paper.

Step 3

Use a smaller circular object to trace onto the middle of the large circle.

Step 4

Cut out the large circle & small circles. These are your donuts!

Step 5

Add the craft supplies being used for decorating to small plastic cups or dishes.

Step 6

Set the cups or dishes out onto a large table with other items like glue, scissors , and metallic paper.

Step 7

Then let the kids get creative with decorating their donuts!

These would be a cute activity for kids, to keep busy, and take home at a donut themed birthday party.
