Cut-Your-Own and Pre-Cut Christmas Tree Farms in Easton, Connecticut

1. Maple Row Farm
November 23rd – December 23rd (Except Thanksgiving)
Daily 9am – 4:30 pm
Maple Row Farm brings a true experience to finding the perfect Christmas tree. It is the place to-go (especially on weekends) with thousands of trees. With designated parking lots for tailgating, Maple Row becomes a fun scene for friends and families to hangout before grabbing a tree. Use this map for parking options – it’s really helpful. A large variety of trees such as Balsam Fir, Norway Spruce, and Douglas Fir, are available, to name a few. You can cut-your-own or pickup a great pre-cut tree. There’s a cute area that sells beautiful wreaths, gifts, and ornaments. Delicious beverages and snacks are available too. Don’t forget to take a hayride (offered on weekends) that covers over 200 acres.
2. Sabia Tree Farm
Late November – Christmas
Black Friday: 10am – 5pm, Weekends: 9am – 5pm, and Weekdays: 12pm – 5pm
Known for super friendly staff and Christmas music, Sabia Tree Farm is local favorite. Cut-your-own tree with a selection of Fir and Spruce through the field. After finding a beautiful tree, enjoy a bonfire and feel like you are in a Hallmark Christmas movie! Sabia Tree Farm also sells local gift options like glass ornaments, Vermont’s finest maple syrup, rustic signs, and more.

3. Ganim Tree Farm
November 24th – Christmas
Weekends 9am – 5pm
Located on Center Road, Ganim Tree Farm has been open for over 3 decades. You can cut-your-own Christmas tree, but only on the weekends of November 24th and December 2nd. Pre-cut Nova Scotian and Fraser firs will be on site to purchase as well—until sold out.

4. Keneally Farm
Late November – December
Weekends 9am – Dark. Call for weekdays.
Opened in 1983, Keneally Farm has a homey vibe that makes it a hidden gem for finding a Christmas tree in Easton. With homemade wreaths, complimentary hot cider and popcorn, as well as a cute farm bunny, Keneally is full of warm Christmas vibes. Three acres of organic Christmas trees including Firs, Spruces, and White Pine are available to bring home. Cut-your-own or select from pre-cut options.

Silverman’s Farm is well known in Easton for the year-round apple cider donuts, pick-your-own fruit, and animal farm. In winter time, Silverman’s becomes a picturesque holiday tree farm. Trees are all pre-cut from their farm. Grab a 12-foot Fraser Fir before they sell out. Douglas Fir and Concolor Fir are also available in different heights. Silverman’s greenhouse has free hot mulled cider while waiting for your tree to be loaded onto your vehicle. Tons of holiday decor like garland, decorated wreaths, poinsettias, and local gifting options are available. Don’t forget to stop by the animal farm to see and feed plenty of animals, as well as play on several tractors.

6. Sherwood Farms
Thanksgiving Weekend – December 24th
Weekends: 9am – 7pm, Weekdays: 10am – 6pm
The oldest farm in Easton, Sherwood Farms began farming in 1713 and is currently on the 17th generation. Sherwood Farms sells the tastiest fresh produce, honey, eggs, and local items inside the shop. Pre-cut Christmas trees are available to purchase, starting Thanksgiving weekend. After securing your tree, walk around the farm to see the animals as well as a fun dinosaur photo opportunity (trust me – it is there)!

7. Shaggy Coos Farm and Creamery
Everyday 7am – 7pm
You can’t mention Easton, CT without hearing about Shaggy Coos Farm and Creamery. Its honor-system farm stand has homegrown products available for purchase. A pasteurized dairy line includes delicious holiday eggnog, flavored gelato, yogurt, and of course milk. Other items include a large meat selection, eggs, and more. Trust me, you will taste the difference because the quality is so good.
8. Greiser’s Coffee and Market
Weekdays 7am – 5pm and Weekends 7am – 3pm
Stop by Greiser’s Coffee and Market and take a break over a hot beverage. Greiser’s mission is to slow down and enjoy community, so order a high quality coffee or hot chocolate and talk about your Christmas tree experience as a family. I love admiring the coffee mug wall while sipping my cup of tea. Light food is available, such as sandwiches and baked goods.
9. The Olde Blue Bird Inn Restaurant
Tuesday – Saturday 7am – 2pm and Sunday 8am – 2pm
Serving Easton since 1919, the Olde Blue Bird Inn Restaurant is a town staple and the only restaurant in town—yes that is true. With dark wooden furniture, Olde Blue Bird Inn has an old school rustic charm. Can’t go wrong with any breakfast items like Eggs Benny or Texas French Toast!
10. Boca Grille and Raw Bar at H. Smith Richardson Golf Course
Monday – Saturday 11:30am – 10pm and Sunday 11:30am – 9pm
While technically a Fairfield address, Boca Grille and Raw Bar sits across the street from many Easton addresses as H.Smith Richardson Golf Course — Boca is a family- friendly restaurant, serving lunch, dinner, and Sunday brunch. The menu is large, with something for even the pickiest eater. It’s a great spot to sit for a meal after cutting down your Christmas tree.
